All purchases made on VideoThis are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. This policy applies to all paid transactions, including subscription plans, one-time credit packages, and any other paid features.
- Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Premium) automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
- No refunds are issued for plan downgrades or cancellations.
- Upgrading from one plan to another does not entitle you to a refund of the previous plan's charges.
- All credit package purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Credits are available for use immediately upon purchase.
- No refunds are issued for purchased credits, regardless of whether they have been used.
- All credits (both free and purchased) expire 30 days after issuance.
- Expired credits are not eligible for refund, extension, reinstatement, or transfer.
- It is your responsibility to use credits before they expire.
- Free credits provided upon registration are promotional in nature and carry no monetary value.
- Free credits are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash.
- If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically returned to your account.
- This is an internal credit restoration, not a monetary refund.
- Credits restored for failed generations are subject to the same 30-day expiration from their original issuance date.
Filing a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account
- Forfeiture of all remaining credits and generated content
- Permanent ban from the platform
- Pursuit of any remedies available under applicable law
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
At VideoThis's sole discretion, refund requests may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate charges resulting from a verified system or payment processing error
- Unauthorized transactions where you can provide valid proof that the charge was made without your consent
To request a review, contact us with your account details and relevant documentation. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
